Change management case study

The issue:

A charity wished to instigate a culture change to align its external marketing campaign with its internal policies whilst projecting a more contemporary image. The key objective was to attract and retain people who would shape the charity’s future.

What we did:

Copiae began its investigation by designing and conducting focus groups with a cross section of staff to determine their perceptions of the charity as an organisation both as they saw it now and as they believed it should be. From this a number of key issues emerged including what people felt was important to them as employees. Following our analysis we made recommendations to senior management team on its strategy and the implementation of procedures.

The benefits:

  • The charity was able to develop a strategy to address the issues most important to employees involving people on project teams.
  • New employment policies and procedures were developed which are more suited to a modern, forward thinking organisation
