Sue is the co-founding director of Copiae and heads a team of seasoned, professional consultants who add further skills and experience which ensures that you are provided with a first rate service. As a results driven organisation that can work as part of your team Copiæ can deliver benefits to your business by adding value through your people.

Sue GranshawSue is a qualified human resource and development professional, has a BA (Hons) and BSc (Hons) in psychology and has achieved the Advanced Certificate in Employment Law. She is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and is a member of the Institute’s consultancy team. Sue has worked as a Personnel Director in medium and large sized companies. As a consultant she develops and implements strategies and processes across the whole spectrum of HR for organisations in both the public and private sectors and provides training in employment law. Sue is a member of the examining team for professional qualifications in learning and development for the CIPD.

BobBob is a seasoned senior manager in HR, Marketing, Sales Management & General Management. He has a BA (Hons) and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing with extensive man management experience. Bob’s assignments have included business strategy reviews in North America, marketing projects in Continental Europe and marketing & business planning in the UK. Bob has experience of operating with both large and small companies. He has a track record of producing well thought through and practical strategies, with plans that work for the client. Bob has extensive experience of coaching executives, especially across marketing & business planning.

TriciaTricia has been a Human Resources consultant for 19 years providing training and assessment expertise to organisations in both the public and private sectors. She is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and has a BA (Hons) and Diploma in Management Studies. Tricia has trained many blue chip companies in the wise use of both ability and personality assessments up to British Psychological Society standards. She has worked globally in the USA, Far East and City of London, bringing a structured approach to the recruitment and management of talent. In the UK Tricia has designed several Assessment and Development Centres to spot potential in high tech companies. Her early background was as a manager in British Airways and with Logica.

Rachel

Rachel is an accomplished business leader and qualified coactive coach. She has worked in a number of senior management roles culminating in becoming a Director at BBC Worldwide. Since becoming a coach she has worked in both large and small commercial organisations in many market sectors providing board level coaching, in which she is known for her expertise. Rachel has an open and friendly style but is not afraid to challenge teams or individuals in pursuit of their goals.

Karen

 

Karen is a management trainer and facilitator specialising in project management and business performance management. She has held various senior management positions including at the British Standards Institution and Lloyds Register Quality Assurance; as well as lectured at Henley Management College. Karen uses innovative and practical approaches to management training. She is a seasoned trainer and manager whose assignments have included working internationally and with government as well as in hi-tech and service companies.

Peter

 

Peter is a seasoned Senior Manager with international operational experience in Customer Interface Management, has a Masters in Business Administration, a Professional Diploma in Management Studies, and is also a Member of the Chartered Management Institute. Peter has extensive management experience having worked globally in the USA, Europe and the Far East for both Corporates and SME`s, where his areas of expertise addressed Sales Force Automation, Business Process Engineering, and Change Management. His background has been in Telecommunications, where for the last 8 years he has focused on Business Transformation within a large multinational PLC.
